Random Haiku

It's about time I introduced this old gem to the blogosphere... Welcome to my little pagoda of random haiku, http://randomhaiku.com/ I created this many many years ago using the most awkward techniques - javascript and flash and thousands of little MP3 files. If I were to redo it (which I will someday - I promise) it will be all AJAX and use something a little more sophisticated for the vocalization. Since randomhaiku.com was created for IE4 (yes it's that old) I've heard it's a little buggy in more recent browsers... but it seems to work fine for me in IE6. The watermark partially obscured in the background says "robring.org" because it used to be hosted at Rob Ring's awesome website and I never got around to removing it and recompiling a new SWF. Enjoy!
